Main Ingredients:
Red Bean (紅豆), Lotus Seed (白蓮子), Lily Root (百合), Orange Peel (陳皮), Crystal Sugar (冰糖).
Directions:
Step 1: Soak all ingredients with warm water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 500ml (17 oz) of water and heat on high until boiling.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour. Add sugar to sweeten the taste (Included).
