Main Ingredients:
Kumquat (金桔), Sweet & Bitter Apricot Seed (南北杏), Candied Date (蜜棗), Sea Coconut Slice (海底椰), Crystal Sugar (冰糖).
Directions:
Step 1: Soak all ingredients with warm water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 500ml (17 oz) of water and heat on high until boiling.
Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour. Add sugar to sweeten the taste (Included).
